Art Friends
Good Friends, Great Artists & Designers!

Kristeena & Ron Sabando, two amazing and generous people.  We met during the First Thursday Artwalk in 2003, and have shown at the Edmonds Saturday Market, Fremont Sunday Market, and I joined them at the Pike Place Market in 2007.  They helped me out a lot, in many ways, and I am very lucky call them friends.  By the way, they make gorgeous jewlery, too!

Anne Marie Bennett, aka Kwik (Kwik Bambino, Kwik Cutie, etc.), one of my extra-special friends, is expecting the newest edition to her family in late July/Aug 2009.  While she raises the next generation, she creates and sells in local Seattle boutiques like Bootyland and Andaluz (links below).  Anne Marie also does alterations at Sweetie, a boutique in West Seattle. We met many moons ago at the Capital Hill Holiday Market (not even sure if that was the name...)  Later we found each other at the Fremont Sunday Market, Ballard Farmer's Market, First Thursday Artwalk, Alki Saturday Market (no longer around), and hit it off.  We keep in touch frequently, she hosted my 29th Birthday Party at Fantasy Ranch, the little slice of paradise she shares with daughter Isabel, son Andres, kitty Carl, & husband Rodrigo ( Vista Gardens, Seattle).

My clothing line has also been in Andaluz, approx 2005-6.

Sandy is a delightful little lady, tons of fun and also a fabulous artist/designer.  She is best known for her rich, sensuous body care products, and recently added her artistic flair to her product packaging and apparel.  Check her out at the Fremont Sunday Market!

Amy and I met at the Edmonds Saturday Market, and the Burien Farmers Market.  We immediately liked eachothers' work, and still wear the jewlery/clothing we initially aquired.  Her stepdaughter hangs an original Susanna Nadia painted shirt in her bedroom, and loves it.  Amy currently has the only available collection of my clothing in her new shop, Solstice: Designs by Locals.  Info on the "HOME" page.

My family and I find fun & unique beads and stones at Jane Manly's shop.  She's featured my clothing in her shop over several years, mostly onesies.  I look forward to getting a larger selection of apparel nestled snugly amongst her beads and jewlery!

The first time I ever signed the name Susanna Nadia was on the large mural facing the street for Gaia's Galleria & Teahouse, in the summer of 2003. I've had several shows in Gaia's, and the owners Sh'tarra & Sequia, helped me a lot in the early development of my business & artwork.
